# Happy Feet

File away dead skin and collouses to reveal soft, clean feet. Soak your feet in warm water for a few minutes, then use an abrasive pumice stone to gently massage the heels, sides and balls of your feet. A synthetic nail brush is great to clean the nail bed. Buy a combination tool which has a natural pumice stone as well as nail brush. Choose on which fits comfortably in the palm of your hand.

If you are dying to eat something sweet, instead of ice cream, chocolate or sweets, try dry fruits such as raisins, dates and nuts. You can also eat biscuits topped with a little honey or homemade payasam where comparatively lesser amount of sugar has been used.

#Some Tips for beautiful Hands:

• Take milk cream, add a few drops of lemon juice and glycerine. Rub on hands at night.
• Wash hands with vinegar mixer with water or lemon juice mixed water to ward off the ill effects of hot water, soda, soda and other detergents.
• Glycerine mixed with rose water or cucumber juice should be rubbed on hands with a cotton wool swab. It cleans the skin.
• Massage hands and fingers with almond oil at nigh before going to bed. It makes skin attractive.
• Use hand lotion in winter to avoid winter-dryness. If your skin is too dry, add carbolic acid to Vaseline and rub in.
• Hairy hands look ugly. These hair can be removed by waxing, or hiding by bleaching. Bleach or wax once a month.
• If hands are rough, take a spoonful of sugar and lemon juice. Rub palms till sugar dissolves. Wash off with cold water. Honey can be used instead of sugar. Boil potatoes. Peel them before they get cold. Pulp them well and rub the pulp on fingers.
