#Mini Facial

Items Required:

  • Cleansing Milk.
  • Massage cream.
  • Scrub.
  • Face pack.

Method:

  • Clean the face with cleansing milk.
  • Apply massage cream and massage for 15 min with basic and advance strokes.
  • Perform steaming for 2 min.
  • Apply scrub and massage for 3 min.
  • Remove blackheads.
  • Give cold compression.
  • Mix the face pack with cold water and apply.
  • Keep it for 15 min and wash off.
  • Apply moisturiser

Face pack:

  • For oily skin: Mud pack.
  • For Dry skin: Milk pack.
  • For normal skin: Fruit pack.
  • For combinational Skin: Tzone- Mud pack,rest area-fruit pack.

# Herbal Bleach

It is home made Bleach

Items required:

  • Green gram flour-1 spoon.
  • Kasthuri Manjal-1 pinch
  • Honey-! spoon
  • Egg White-1spoon
  • Lime juice-1/2spoon
  • Raw milk-2 to 3 drops

Procedure:

  • Clean the face with milk or curd.
  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Apply on the face.
  • After 20 min massage with finger tips.
  • Wipe with ice water.

Note:

  • Green gram - Soft
  • Egg - Control Wrinkle.
  • Lime & Honey - Bleach
  • Kasturi Manjal - Antiseptic.
  • Milk - For dry nature

This bleach can be done once in a week at home.

# Powder bleach

Powder bleach is not advisable for the face. It can be used for hands and legs. Bleached areas will be nourished if followed by pedicure and manicure. If the client gets irritated remove bleach and pat with ice-cubes.

Items Required:

  • Magnesium carbonate[Bleach Powder]
  • Ammonium Liquid
  • Hydrogen Peroxide

If the bleach powder contains ammonia in it. Then there is no need to add ammonia liquid.

Procedure:

  • Patch test
  • Clean the face with cleansing milk.
  • Take one tsp of bleachvpowder. Mix with hydrogen per oxide like a paste in a bowl. Apply on the area using spatula or brush.
  • After 10 to 15 mins powder bleach will start dripping down. Wipe with cool water.
  • Apply moisturiser.
  • Put eye pad with rose water or chill water

# Cream bleach

Products:

  • Jolen
  • Debon
  • Beauty fem

Procedure:

  • Do patch test.
  • Clean face with cleansing milk.
  • Apply any massage cream on eyebrows,eyes,hair line and lips to avoid irritation and to prevent hair on that area from getting bleached.
  • Mix bleach cream and activator in ratio 4:1
  • Apply on the face exept eyes and eye brows.
  • Put eye pads dipped in rose water.
  • Leave for 10 min. For a stronger 15 min ,for a darker skin allow this application for 10min only. So that facial hair is bleached first enough to match skin color
  • Give the rotatory massage wipe it iff with cold water.
  • Apply moisturiser.

Bleaching

There are three main purpose of bleaching.

  • To remove dirt
  • Skin whitening
  • Bleach to unwanted hair

Patch Test:

Apply a little nmixture on the lower side of the neck and hand to test. If there is minor irritation you need not worry. But if there is burning sensetion then discontinue the use. Sometimes small red rashes may appear after the face is washed off. However this is not serious.

Note:

  • Waxing or threading must be dine before bleaching because chemicals in bleach may cause cuts into skin through the open pores.
  • Facial followed by bleaching is good because chemically treated skin gets nourished by facial.
  • Client can be advised to take sittings once in a month.

COMBINATION SKIN

Most of have a combination skin. The middle of face(T zone)patch on nose, forehead and chin is shiny with pimples. The rest of the face is either normal or dry. sometimes the difference between the two areas is great. If such is the case with your skin then you would have to treat each part of your skin accordingly the dry areas as for dryskin and central pannel as for oily skin.

OILY SKIN

This types of skins is coarse and shiny with visible pores. In this kind os skin sebaceous glands are over active. They produce more oils than needed which oozes in giving the shin a greasy shine. The skin is prone to comedores pimples and acne chance of dandruff is more.
The flow of sebum increases during adolesence and decreases with age. during pregnancy and menopause hormonal imbalance can also upset the oil balance and increase sebaceous gland activity.

Maintanance:

Oily skin is very risky to maintain. It requires more care and treatment but no make-up. Oily skin needs special cleanse to keep the pores with steaming once a weak is an effective method to keep the skin grasless. Use a facepack affter steaming. Yhis is called facial. Avoid fatty foods and drink plenty of water.

DRY SKIN.


This type of skin is fines delicate and dry with a tendency to scaling on the cheeks. Dry skin tends to age prematurely with wrinkles. It lacks supplences and pores are not visible. Dry skin is also sensitive to weather.


CAUSES OF DRY SKIN:

Ageing,very little or no secreation of sebum exessive use of multhanimetti,turmeric. there are some othe factors that affect dry skin and moake them even more dry. They are
Washing often with soap and water.
Exposure to sun,a/c and heaters.

HOW TO TAKE CARE:

  • It should be washed often with cold water and soap
  • Astringent lotion should not be used.
  • Use moisturiser in th day time on exposed parts by fingers or cotton in upward ,outward motion.
  • After cleansing at night before bed time use a good night cream.
  • Diet rich in vitamins ABCD and also protien must be intaken.
  • All the cosmetics used must be gentle & smoothing.
  • Avoid intake of hot things

NORMAL SKIN.

This types of skin neither oily nor dry. It has a soft velvety texture. Colour glows under its transculent surface. It has a rosy colour because the circulation of blood is good and the skin is well moisturised. The pores are fine and rarely visible.. This type of skin is somethimg of rarity. However though this skin is not really problematic it still needs sensible care and treatment
Normal skin requires very light make up. Face should be washed with soft water. In order to keep the glow of your skin it is very imperative to wipe off make up beforegoing to bed with a good cleansing cream.
