Dos:
*Include plenty of spinach,paneer, milk and almonds and other green leafy vegetables in your diet.
*Drink lots of water- at least 12 to 14 glasses in a day
* Oil hair at least two or three times a week before washing it off- it’s a natural hair and scalp conditioner.
* Always follow instructions and manufacturer’s guidelines before using any home hair care products.
* Always rinse hair thoroughly to prevent product residue build-up on your scalp.
* Always pick the right hair care products to suit your hair type.
*Wash hair as often as you can, but use shampoo only two or three times a week.
Don’ts:
*Avoid frequent hair colouring and perming as you lose 20 percent of your hair at each sitting.
* Avoid ironing your hair as much as you can.
* Avoid using driers or tongs as it makes your hair dry and brittle and can cause breakage. Avoid crash dieting as it results in massive hair fall
*Avoid using brushes and combs with pointed teeth as they damage hair and also break the hair shaft. Use a wide toothed comb instead.
*Avoid too much exposure to the harsh rays of the sun.
